Manager HR & Organization (m/f/d) –

 (full- or part time/temporary)

 

to support us as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us

You will be part of our young and dynamic team and will be independently responsible for the areas listed below with direct reporting to our management

HR

  • You will be the contact person for our employees in all personnel-related, administrative, contractual and labor law issues
  • You will be responsible for applicant management, conducting interviews and identifying suitable candidates for various positions
  • You are responsible for the on-boarding of new employees as well as the management of existing employees and off-boarding
  • You are constantly involved in the further development of personnel work and special projects and have many ideas of your own in the process
  • You actively participate in shaping our corporate culture, you accompany internal change processes and support the management in the conception and implementation of suitable personnel development measures

Office/Organization

  • You are responsible for our complete administrative and organizational office management (e.g. contact person/interface for colleagues and external service providers, event planning, ordering of materials, etc.)
  • You see yourself as a feel-good manager, i.e. you always keep an eye on the atmosphere and culture in our office and make a decisive contribution to a great team spirit

Your Profile

  • You have a successfully completed university degree with a focus on business administration, HR, (business) psychology or a commercial apprenticeship
  • You ideally have + 2 years of practical experience as an HR Manager and/or Office Manager with HR experience and initial management responsibility in a broad range of tasks with a focus on personnel administration, recruiting and office management/strategic organization and can prove this with your resume
  • Ideally, you have experience and knowledge in the design, structuring and implementation of HR and office management processes as well as in project management and have a strong understanding of business contexts
  • Personally, you convince with commitment (get-things-done mentality), an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented way of thinking, strong communication skills, empathy as well as team strength
  • You combine organizational skills, project management and HR skills
  • Very good written and spoken English as well as German at native speaker level
  • Profound knowledge of MS-Office (Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of German labor law and contract management
